Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon Logistics US. The carrier selection depends on your product type and delivery location.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We cannot deliver to:
· PO Boxes
· US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.)
· Military Bases (APO/FPO)
· Remote locations
3. Free Shipping Threshold
✅ Free shipping on all orders.

5. Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.
6. Multi-Item Orders
Items may ship separately if they utilize different fulfillment methods. You'll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
7. Order Modifications
Changing Items
Contact us immediately at catherine@ieetek.com to cancel and reorder. Changes aren't possible after order processing begins.
Address Changes
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Include:
· Full name
· Original address
· Corrected address
· Order number
Address changes cannot be made after shipment.
8. Problem Resolution
Missing Packages
Contact us if:
· Tracking shows "delivered" but not received
· No tracking info after 3 business days
Incorrect/Damaged Items
Email catherine@ieetek.com within 48 hours with:
1. Order number
2. Photos of damaged item(s)
3. Packaging photos
9. Order Cancellations
Email cancellation requests to catherine@ieetek.com. Refunds are processed within:
· Pre-shipment: 2 business days
· Post-shipment: Refund issued after return receipt
10. Delivery Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Carrier pickup locations (e.g., FedEx Office) may be available depending on your location.
11.Tax & Duty Information
All products shipped from our US Warehouse (California) are delivered under DDP (Duties and Taxes Paid) terms.
This means:
· ✅ No additional import duties or taxes at delivery
· ✅ Total price shown at checkout is final
· ✅ Applies to all 50 U.S. states
